Allason Leitz

Founder + Principal

Allason is a Strategic Vision Engineer designing data-driven creative solutions for third industries. With 15+ years building cultural infrastructure globally from Goma, DR Congo to Berlin and NYC, Allason creates scalable systems for innovation, audience growth, and sector-level strategic initiatives for our beloved Third Spaces.

She is also Chief of Staff at Magnet Originals and Co-Founder, currently serving as Director of Art House New York, a pioneering regional film exhibition alliance.

She chairs the DocXchange and collaborates on sector-building initiatives with the Filmmakers Distribution Collective. She is a Columbia University graduate and lives in New York City with her dog Joaquin.
